A boutique small gym in the heart of Brighton. Hive Brighton Fitness offers small group training and 1-2-1 personal training. Our small group training gives you that 1-2-1 feel but with a welcoming friendly community. With expert coaches by your side, you will train safely, you will be motivated and also guided through our 8 week program. 

We offer:

HIVE- 1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING 

HIVE - SMALL GROUP  PT CLASSES (up to 8 People with a Coach)

  • No sharing equipment full access to 1 of 3 fully equipped exercise stations

  • You are given your own Bespoke 8 week exercise program to fill out. We make sure we monitor your weights and reps to guarantee CONSISTENT PROGRESS and RESULTS 

CLASS STRUCTURE


CLASSES ARE AN HOUR OF STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING.
TARGETING DIFFERENT MOVEMENT PATTERNS ON EACH DAY.


-WARM UP  mobilize and activate

-PHASE 1 -

- Mobility and mobilization
-Resistance based exercises using Bar Bell or Dumb Bell – 20mins
-PHASE 2 -  Pilates Reformer beds strength and conditioning exercises – 20mins
-PHASE 3 - Conditioning and Strength training with Kettle Bells, TRX, climbing ropes – 20mins
-COOLDOWN - Stretch

TUESDAY – VERTICAL PUSH & PULL

WEDNESDAY – KNEE DOMINANT & CORE
THURSDAY – HORIZONTAL PUSH & PULL

SATURDAY – VERTICAL PUSH & PULL

We change the exercise programing for all of our classes ever 8 weeks

RESULTS

HIVE's unique classes are designed to get you the same experience as 1-2-1 session but at a fraction of the cost.

 

At HIVE we understand fitness and results are not a one size fits all kind of deal. We are all unique and everyone has different strengths, weaknesses, goals and motivations.

Each member has their own fully equipped exercise station. Which allows us to tailor our workouts to accommodate each attendee's specific fitness goals and abilities.
